Hurstwood have agreed a deal to bring a Preston-based IT company to their Marshall House office building.
1st Direct Computer Services, who provide IT support, data security and computer repair, has agreed a twelve month deal on a 250 ft² suite in the fifth floor business centre.
The fifth floor was split to provide smaller office suites earlier this year and all but one is now let. The other new tenants are LGEC, IM Bookkeeping and Lawyers (UK).
Marshall House is located on the Ringway in Preston city centre, a short walk from both the bus and train stations.
The building features on-site concierge, parking and a double-height reception area. As well as the business centre offices, full and half floors can also be let.
