New Tenant at Marshall House in Preston

Preston, February 2016 – Manchester based property investor Crystal welcomes new tenants to their business centre offices at Marshall House in Preston City Centre.

Aegis Engineering Systems, who are an engineering company offering a broad range of safety, risk assessment, engineering and project management services across the UK, have agreed to take Suite 5 on the 5th floor measuring 770 sqft for 3 years.

Crystal’s Surveyor Laura Wilbourn comments: “We are delighted to welcome Aegis Engineering to our newly refurbished offices in Preston. The building has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, which included full strip-out and refit of toilet facilities, new carpet throughout the communal areas and landings, and a full repaint of the building, with newly colour coordinated floors.

In addition, the second floor of the business centre is now set up as a business centre area, so we have both smaller suites now to let on this floor as well as the full/half floor plates.”

Marshall House is located on the Ringway (A6), adjacent to Preston’s court buildings. It is within a short walk of the bus and train stations and a short drive from the M6 motorway.

More information about the offices can be found on the property page, or by contacting Laura Wilbourn on 0161 220 1999 or lw@crystalhurstwood.com
