Hurstwood have completed another letting at Waybridge industrial Estate, one their popular industrial developments at Salford Quays.
The 1,000 ft² Unit 53 has been let on a twelve month deal to Retailer (UK) Ltd.
Two units are currently available to let at the estate; the 3,871 ft² Unit 31 and the 1,500 ft² Unit 37. These are the only units available across Hurstwood’s Salford portfolio, with both the Cobden Centre and Agecroft Enterprise Park fully occupied.
Waybridge Industrial Estate is located on Salford Quays, a short walk from Media City. Manchester city centre and the M602 are within easy reach.
