A new industrial unit is now available at Portside Industrial Estate at Ellesmere Port.
The 3,800 Unit 1 can be let at the Merseyside property, which is located just off junction 8 of the M53.
There are currently two other units available to let at the site: unit 2, which measures 5,422 sq ft, and unit 4, which measures 5,621 sq ft.
Hurstwood are now able to offer industrial units at Portside from as little as £2.50 per sq ft with leases from three months.
All units at the site offer three-phase electrical supply and the estate itself benefits from a perimeter palisade fence and secure entrance gates.
