Northwich Business Centre has been our most successful property in 2013. We’ve completed twelve lettings there already this year and receive a high number of enquiries every month.
There’s a good reason for this: the Crystal team have put in a great deal of work to improve the building, turning it into high quality modern office building.
Externally, the building has been given a facelift to bring it into the 21st century, with new cladding and a re-modelled entrance. As you can see from the above photo showing the building as it looked when we first acquired it and what it looks like now.
There have been plenty of improvements inside as well.
These shots of the second floor staircase give you some idea of the changes, including news carpets and painting and decorating, but the offices themselves are even more impressive.
The photo on the left shows what the offices were like when Crystal took over. There’s nothing hugely wrong with the space, but it looks very dated. It probably isn’t somewhere you’d want to meet a potential client, for example.
It’s much more inviting after being the redecorated thanks to the new carpets, ceiling tiles, radiators, etc.
Finally, one of the key selling points of the building is the break room on the second floor.
Lots of work done here to turn a very basic kitchen area into somewhere tenants are able to relax and spend time and get to know the people they share the building with.
