18 months on from opening it’s doors to it’s first tenant, Northwich Business Centre is now home to 25 local businesses. Having stood empty for over a decade, the former DHSS office was purchased by Crystal Property in 2012 and was refurbished over the following 6 months. The building measures over 12,223 sqft and is currently 80% let.
Crystal lettings negotiator Aimee Ashworth comments: “We have been really pleased with the response that we have had from local businesses who have been looking for a small office base in the centre of Northwich. We can offer small office suites from only 200sqft in size, at competitive rents for short term deals from 12 months in length.
The property looks great following the redecoration works we completed to the outside, and we are pleased to say that the majority of tenants who first moved in when the building was completed have stayed with us and in many cases have expanded within the building. We have kept our rents competitive, especially bearing in mind the break out room with free wi-fi, and also the car park adjoining the property is a real selling point.
We do still have a few small office suites as well as a couple of medium sized suites available to let in the building, but interest in the business centre as a whole remains high”.
