Nottinghamshire Police has signed a 3 year lease at Crown House, an office building located in Worksop town centre. The deal will see the Service take occupancy of the first floor, which measures over 5,000 sq ft. Hurstwood is fitting out the office for the new tenant, with work due to begin in mid-August.
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling commented: “We have been in discussions with Nottinghamshire Police for a while, so we are delighted to see this deal finally fall into place.”
