Hurstwoods business centre office suites in Rochdale town centre continue to attract a lot of interest.
Hurstwood sales negotiator Laura Wilbourn comments: “We are delighted with the amount of interest that we are currently getting in the office suites at the building. We are now in advanced negotiations with an operator to take the whole of the ground floor and are also under offer on a large suite on the first floor – we hope to be making further announcements shortly when these deals complete.”
No.2 The Esplanade was originally built as the towns main Post Office in 1927 and is recognised as one of Rochdale’s landmark buildings, located opposite the Grade 1 listed town hall.
