Hurstwood’s Station House office building in Rossendale has a new tenant after another suite was let on the second floor. The large first floor office at the building will also soon be available to let.
IBS Managed Account Ltd has agreed a deal on suite 4, which measures 177 sqft.
The first floor office measures 1,950 sqft and will be available from the New Year. On the second floor, suite 9, measuring 660 sqft, is still available to let.
Station House is located just off New Hall Hey road, adjacent to Rawtenstall station. It is close to Rawtenstall town centre and offers easy access to the motorway network.
The building is a converted mill and still features many original features, including exposed beams and stonework. It features a large first floor office and nine smaller suites in the second floor business centre.
