Hurstwood have completed a deal to let one of the last remaining industrial units at Bersham Enterprise Centre in Wrexham.
Alum 8 Specialist Welding Limited has agreed a three year deal on the 1,500 ft² Unit F11 at the estate.
This latest letting, the fourth in 2013, means that the 2,000 ft² Unit F17 is currently the only unit available at the estate.
Bersham Enterprise Centre is located within a short drive of both Wrexham town centre and the A483 bypass.
The estate is comprised of 17 modern industrial units, each with up-and-over sectional shutter doors with separate personnel access and internal WC and kitchen facilities. It also features ample car parking space and CCTV.
