Crystal, sister company to Hurstwood, have finalised plans to split the second floor of their landmark Crown House building in Worksop town centre.
This will see the creation of a new business centre made up of six office suites ranging in size from 150 to 2,000 sqft. Plans and full details of availability can be found on the Hurstwood website, here.
Work is due to start later this year on the sub-division and is scheduled for completion in January 2013.
The first floor offices have already been let to Nottingham Police whilst A4 planning consent has recently been granted which allows the ground floor to be let for a number of uses including retail, nightclub and late-opening bar.
The building is located on Newcastle Street in Worksop town centre, adjacent to the bus station, and is only a short walk from the major pedestrianized retail area.
Crystal purchased the property in 2010 and, after a major refurbishment, it now features a total of 17,000 sqft of retail and office space.
