A Leading North West firm has secured an electrifying property deal with global giants Avnet Emg Ltd.
The company, which specialises in the worldwide distribution of electronic components, has taken a five-year, 2500 sq ft, letting deal with Hurstwood.
The company has moved its North West regional sales office to Hurstwood’s old headquarters on the First Floor at Oceanic in Bolton.
Craig Collier, Facilities Manager of Avnet UK and Ireland, says: “We chose Oceanic because of its great location and style and we hope to use this base as a means to expand in the North West in the future.
“Hurstwood have been really helpful throughout the moving process. Moving is always stressful but we are pleased to say that it all went smoothly.”
Oceanic consists of modern office space close to Bolton town centre. The town has a strong professional base and has great motorway links with the rest of the region.
Oceanic is one of three office buildings, together worth £7 million, which have been developed by Hurstwood at Navigation Park.
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling, says: “We are extremely pleased to have such a prestigious company on board. These offices are actually Hurstwood’s old HQ, so we are delighted that they are being put to such good use.”
