Hurstwood welcomes new tenants The Richmond Fellowship to their business centre offices at Railway House in Chorley.
The Richmond Fellowship, which are a charitable organistaion helping people with mental health problems, have agreed to let suites 5, 17 and 18, for an initial 12 month term.
The building is already home to local radio station Chorley FM and United Response.
Hurstwood Graduate Surveyor Laura Wilbourn comments: “It is brilliant that we have another business taking space with us at our Chorley offices. The building continues to be the ideal location for businesses who want to be close to the centre of the town, whilst also benefiting from ease of access and ample car parking.”
Railway House is located approximately 1 mile from Junction 8 of the M61, and Chorley town centre is less than ½ mile to the south of the building.
