Hurstwood have helped tenants Service Care Solutions expand with more office space at Marshall House in Preston.
The recruitment agency has agreed a deal on a 1,500 ft² office on the third floor. They already let the first floor and now occupy around 4,000 ft² of space in the building.
This is the fourth deal Hurstwood have completed at Marshall House this year following three lettings in the new fifth floor business centre to Lawyers (UK) Ltd, IM Bookkeeping and LGEC.
Richard Freye, Managing Director of Service Care Solutions, said: “Service Care Solutions has worked with Hurstwood since 2009. We have expanded significantly since our arrival into Marshall House and now occupy 2 floors. The office space that we have expanded into is used by our team to obtain hard to find candidates for specialist social care and legal roles across the North of England.
“This expansion facilitated by Hurstwood will enable us to recruit an additional 20 staff over the next 2 years. The office space is high quality and I hope the positive working relationship that we have with Hurstwood will continue for many years.”
Marshall House is located on the Ringway in Preston city centre. The bus and train stations are both within walking distance.
The building features a double height reception area, on-site parking and concierge service. It was refurbished by Hurstwood in 2007.
