Refurbishment work is now complete on the Auditorium at Edwin Foden Business Centre in Sandbach.
The work has seen the creation of two new offices, suites 11 and 12, as well as a new break room area. This completes the final phase of the building’s refurbishment.
Suite 11 measures 535 sqft whilst suite 12 measures 2,000 sqft and is the largest suite currently available to let at the centre.
Hurstwood Estates Director Henry Hill said: “Since buying Edwin Foden Business Centre, Hurstwood have invested a great deal of time and money to turn it into one of the region’s premier office buildings. This has been reflected in the high level of lettings and enquiries.
“With the final phase of the refurbishment now complete, we anticipate an even greater level of interest in the offices, with more new businesses signing up.”
The building was bought by Hurstwood in January 2007 having previously been the headquarters of an international manufacturing company.
It has since undergone a major refurbishment programme to bring it up to its current high standard and now offers 40,000 sqft of open-plan office space.
Existing tenants include MAN Truck and Bus UK, Safeguard World International and Rockwell Automation.
Suites at the business centre are available to suit all sizes of business. The building features an impressive entrance and reception and offers views over the surrounding countryside and the centre courtyard. Parking is available on-site for 185 cars.
