Worksop, October 2015 – Manchester based property developer Crystal are currently in discussions to begin refurbishment works at their offices at Crown House in Worksop.
The works will include installing a central corridor on the second floor and splitting the offices into smaller business centre style office suites, ranging from 150 to 2,000 sq ft.
Crystal’s Surveyor Laura Wilbourn noted: “There is real demand for smaller offices in Worksop and we have a lot of interest in the smaller suites. We have recently refurbished our offices in Rotherham and they have been a huge success with the letting of one of the newly refurbished suites shortly after completion, and another deal is due to complete next week.
The works to be done at Crown House are to get the property ready for occupiers.
Works on site will also include refurbishing the toilet facilities and creating separate toilet and kitchen facilities in one of the suites, making this an attractive self-contained suite.”
More information about the offices can be found on the property page.
Crystal is the sister company of Hurstwood. Together, they have commercial and residential property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 100 locations.
Both companies are based in Manchester city centre. For more details on Crown House, Crystal and Hurstwood’s other properties, visit the website at crystalhurstwood.com.
