Rishton, Lancashire, October 2014 – Hurstwood have announced today that refurbishment works are to be carried out on the 2,000 sqft retail unit in Rishton.
The Manchester based property developer shall sub divide two units which are currently adjoining on Harwood Road, close to the town centre, to create an open plan retail unit and a separate workshop to the rear.
Laura Wilbourn, Sales Negotiator at Hurstwood comments, “We have had a lot of interest in the site and in particular the retail unit, however there are some works to be done to get the property ready for an occupier.
Works on site will be starting in the New Year, to include a new entrance, shop front, suspended ceilings throughout and decoration works, and we expect to let both units quickly.”
