Rotherham, July, 2015 – Manchester based property developer Crystal has begun refurbishment works at their offices at Taylor Court in Rotherham.
The works which are due to be completed by the end of July, will include splitting the office units to create ground and first floor self-contained office suites, ranging from 1,237 to 2,474 sq ft.
Crystal’s Surveyor Laura Wilbourn noted: “We believe that there is real demand for smaller offices in Rotherham and have a lot of interest in the smaller suites, however there are some works to be done to get the property ready for an occupier.
Works on site will include re-painting all the external entrances, internal vestibules and creating separate toilet and kitchen facilities. There is also an ample amount of on-site parking available.”
