Refurbishment Works Underway at Hardmans Mill

Hardman’s Mill, is one of Crystal Hurstwood’s most prominent buildings and a key landmark in Rawtenstall and Lancashire. The old mill is situated beside the River Irwell and the property allows fantastic views from all suites.

The common areas of all floors will undergo a refurbish in order to allow a modern interior to match the stunning building situated just minutes from Rawtenstall town centre. The works are due to be complete in the New Year.

The mill occupies a strategic position within the region next to the A682 by-pass, which directly links to the M66 and the national motorway network within 3 minutes. Manchester City Centre is less than 30 minutes’ drive during most times of the day, and the Lancashire towns of Bury, Burnley, Blackburn and Burnley can all be reached in under 20 minutes.
