A three year lease has been agreed on the 3,800 sq ft unit 18 at the popular Greater Manchester industrial estate.
Renewable Solutions Team is a North West-based company who specialise in the supply and installation of solar panels.
Hurstwood surveyor Andrew McCormack commented: “The units at Leigh are of a modern construction and suit the needs of businesses that require a mix of both office and warehouse space.”
He added: “This letting means that there are now only two vacant units left on the estate.”
