Safeguard has completed a deal on an additional 4,000 sq ft of space at Edwin Foden Business Centre in Sandbach. The deal secures Safeguard as tenants at The Business Centre for the next 3 years and brings the total amount of space that they occupy up to 7,500 sq ft.
Safeguard is a premier provider of international, multi country and global payroll outsourcing services to companies worldwide, and their clients include Fed Ex, Samsung, Skype and P & O Ferries.
Estates Director Henry Hill comments: “Safeguard have continued to grow since they first became our tenants back in 2008, and we are really pleased that we have been able to accommodate their most recent growth and subsequent space requirements at Edwin Foden Business Centre. We are currently refurbishing the final phase of space at the building which will be complete later this month, with suites available from 200 sq ft up to 5,000 sq ft.”
