Hurstwood have let more office space at Edwin Foden Business Centre in Sandbach, Cheshire.
Long-time tenants SafeGuard World International have expanded, taking an additional 3,000 sq ft at the building on a five year lease.
The company, who provide global payroll and employment outsourcing solutions, have been tenants at the building since 2008 and now occupy more than 15,000sq ft.
There are now just four offices available to let in the business centre, sized from 211 sq ft to 840 sq ft.
Julie Power, chief accountant at SafeGuard World International, said: “SafeGuard World International have been leasing space in Edwin Foden Business Centre for several years now, since our very early days as a start-up technology company. We continue to grow and hire more staff and the Hurstwood management team has been highly accommodating and flexible in their efforts to support our continuing need for more office space.
“Our staff are busy processing global payrolls and supporting our global HR clients from our corner of the world in Sandbach. We are still growing quickly and look forward to our continued partnership with Hurstwood at Edwin Foden Business Centre.”
Edwin Foden Business Centre is located on Moss Lane just outside Sandbach town centre. Crewe and the M6 motorway are both within a short drive.
The building has been extensively refurbished by Hurstwood and features office space in a range of sizes plus landscaped grounds and a large on-site car park.
