Hurstwood have sold another house at their newly built Northlands Close housing development in Great Harwood.
Plot 4, previously the show home, is the second house to be sold at the development following the sale of plot 1 earlier in the year.
Plot 3 is to become the new show house, with work on the fit-out currently underway. Open days will restart at the development once work is complete.
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling said: “We are delighted to have sold plot 4 last month, which had been acting as a show home for the estate. Carpets are already down in plot 3 and furniture is going in over the next week. We also hope to have the kitchen completed very soon.”
The four and six bedroom houses at Northlands Close have been built to a very high specification, with solid beam and block concrete floors throughout, under floor heating, contemporary kitchens and quality bathroom fittings.
