Hurstwood are able to announce that a second unit is now available to let at Bersham Enterprise Centre near Wrexham town centre.
Unit 12 measures 800 sq ft and is available to let for £4,000 per annum.
This follows shortly after the news that Unit 6 had become available at the site, which was announced earlier this week. To read that news story, click here.
Prior to this week, no units had been available at the site since Easter and these two are unlikely to stay vacant for long.
The site features CCTV and ample parking while each unit comes with roller shutter door access, bathroom and kitchen facilities and overhead gas blow heaters. Some units at the site also have office space and three-phase electrical supply.
Hurstwood has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 100 locations. It is based at No 1 Marsden Street, Manchester.
