Hurstwood has secured a new letting deal with a leading sports event management company. Pennine Events, which has been involved with planning the Tour de France, has relocated to Ribble House in Bamber Bridge after signing a two-year letting deal with the property firm.
Director Mark Sandamas said, “We have moved to Ribble House as we needed a bigger office and one that was more suited to our overall business needs. It is central for our staff, very accessible and fits our image.”
Pennine Events is one of the country’s leading sports events management companies. It has been involved with a range of high-profile projects including Tour de France, Pedal for Scotland and Lancashire Travelwise Roadshow.
“Hurstwood is very straightforward to deal with and we’re pleased with how smoothly the move went,” Mark added.
Mark Carling, Sales Director at Hurstwood, said, “We are delighted to welcome Pennine Events to the building.
“Ribble House’s modern spacious build and accessible location make it an attractive place to conduct business. It is only minutes from Bamber Bridge and the M6, M65 and M61.”
