Hurstwood have found a new tenant for the First Floor office at Station House, their converted mill building in Rawtenstall.
Recruitment agency Fluid has agreed a five year deal on the 1,950 ft² office suite.
Hurstwood Agency and Development Surveyor Andrew McCormack said: “The first floor office at Station House was only on the market for a short time before being snapped up. It is great for us to have let the suite to a large, well-established recruitment company like Fluid and to have brought another business to Rossendale from Bury.
“This building has proven to be particularly popular recently due to the mixture of modern office accommodation in a former mill building. The location, close to the A56 and M66 has also been an important factor for new tenants. It is within a short drive of Manchester city centre and less than ten minutes along the motorway from Bury.”
Jonathon Cadden, Managing Director at Fluid Recruitment, said “Our new office at Station House is ideally suited to our needs and we were offered a great deal by Hurstwood. The move to the new, larger premises in reflects our ambitions to grow the business, whilst creating the perfect working culture and an environment in which individuals within the team can develop and prosper while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.”
Station House is located close to Rawtenstall town centre, just a five minute walk from the town’s shopping amenities and bus station.
The office building retains many original features including exposed beams and stonework. In addition to the first floor office, there are also smaller suites on the upper floors. Currently, suites 3 and 9 are available to let.
