Suite 8 is now available to let at Hurstwood House; it measures 583 sq ft and has an asking rent of £8,000 per annum. The building had previously been fully occupied.
At Station House, Suite 5 is now available. It measures 216 sq ft and can be let for £2,900 per annum. The 660 sq ft Suite 9 is also available.
Both office buildings are located on Station Court, just outside of Rawtenstall town centre. The motorways network can be accessed via the nearby A682 by-pass and Manchester city centre can be reached in half an hour.
Hurstwood House is a modern office, building refurbished in 2010. Station House is a converted mill retaining many original features. Both are adjacent to a large free car park.
