Tenant Expansion at Hurstwood’s Cobden Centre in Salford

Salford, February 2016 – Kedem Cosmetics, who are longstanding tenants of the Cobden Centre Industrial Estate in Salford have moved into larger space on the estate after only renewing their lease last year. This only leaves one unit available on the estate. Unit 12 will be available to let from 1st April, and measures 818 sq ft.

The Cobden Centre is located close to Junctions 2 and 3 of the M602 motorway and a short drive from Manchester city centre.

The estate comprises 14 industrial units arranged around a central courtyard. There is space for parking and loading and the site is secured by CCTV.

The units are ideal for use as a workshop or for storage. Internally the units are largely open plan and most have their own kitchen and toilet facilities.
