Hurstwood have let more office space at New Hall Hey Business Centre in Rawtenstall to long-time tenants Atrium Legal Services.
The company now occupy an additional 2,600 sq ft of space on the second floor after agreeing a deal on Suite 10, taking their total to 9,600 sq ft.
Atrium Legal Services Limited is a claims management company that specialises in industrial disease claims for injuries and illnesses such as hearing loss, back pain and repetitive strain injury.
Atrium Legal Services Director Charles Cox said: “The expansion of our business has been hugely supported by our on-going relationship with Hurstwood who have shown themselves to be incredibly flexible and responsive landlords. The offices at New Hall Hey have accommodated our growth from a business with 8 staff in 2010 to a company employing over 100. Our most recent letting has enabled us to take on 35 new staff from the Valley and surrounding areas and the layout of the building has proven ideal to cope with the growth without difficulty.
“As well as an expansion in our operational capacity, the new letting has enabled us to offer better facilities for our employees. We will be using two adjoining offices on the second floor for a staff ‘cafeteria’ and relaxation area – a really important development as we look to ensure the health and well-being of our growing workforce.
“We look forward to continuing our relationship with Hurstwood as we develop as a major and award winning employer in Rossendale.”
The business centre is located on New Hall Hey Business Park, close to Rawtenstall town centre.
The property comprises a three-storey office building that has been refurbished to a high standard. Currently, there is one suite available to let measuring 2,800 sq ft. The industrial units on the estate are now all occupied.
