Hurstwood’s Millers Bridge Industrial Estate in Liverpool continues to attract new tenants with three businesses taking space in August.
These new lettings mean that 13 units have now been let in 2012, measuring a total of 14,000 sqft.
August’s new tenants are Whiteside Trading in Unit 2, Mike Boynton in Unit 4 and window tinting specialists Tintworks Limited who have taken Unit 22.
These deals mean that only two of the 39 units are now available to let.
There are now more than 30 individual companies located at the estate, in units ranging in size from 600 to 2,600 sqft. These include Seaforth Marine & Offshore, Fernland Engineering and Dockside Tyres.
Hurstwood Agency and Development Surveyor Andrew McCormack said: “Millers Bridge has been one of Hurstwood’s most popular estates over the past couple of years with units being snapped-up at a high rate. The estate’s popularity is such that only units 8 and 19 are currently unoccupied and interest is high in both, with unit 19 now under offer and we expect to be able to announce more good news soon.”
Millers Bridge Industrial Estate is located on Derby Road, adjacent to Bootle docks, just 2 miles from Liverpool city centre and with easy access to the motorway network.
The industrial units are suitable for storage or workshop use. Each unit features roller shutter doors and the majority also have kitchen and WC facilities, whilst the estate also benefits from CCTV and perimeter fencing.
The majority of the smaller units also currently benefit from full small business rates relief if the company is a new start up or has only one current business address. Local authority grant funding is also available through the step clever organisation; further information is available via Sefton Council.
