Hurstwood have had a encouraging start to the year in Salford with two lettings already completed at Waybridge Industrial Estate at Salford Quays.
Unit 43 has been let on a three year deal to property maintenance company Repo Maintenance Ltd.
Meanwhile car sales and repairs company E.P. Cars Ltd have agreed a deal on Unit 45 and will move from their current unit on the estate.
This letting means that the 1,500 ft² Unit 39 is now available to let; a second unit, measuring 3,871 ft², will be back on the market in September.
Waybridge Industrial Estate is located at Salford Quays, within walking distance of Media City and a short drive from the centre of Manchester.
The estate is comprised of modern single-storey industrial/warehouse accommodation. Most units benefit from internal office accommodation and there is ample parking space.
