Two tenants have been signed up at Leigh Business Park in the same month, leaving only one unit available on the site. The first deal was agreed with Serco, one of the world’s leading service and outsourcing companies.
The second deal has been signed with Beacon Communications, a leader in the design, installation and support of networking cabling systems.
