Hurstwood have a unit available to let at The Courtyard, their development of industrial units in Haslingden, Rossendale.
Unit 12 is now back on the market; it measures 3,221 ft² and is available at a rent of £15,000 per annum. It is currently the only unit Hurstwood have for rent on the estate.
The Courtyard is located on Grane Road, just off the A56 Haslingden bypass which connects the M65 and M66 motorways.
The estate was built by Hurstwood in 2007 and features 15 industrial units each benefiting from 20ft eaves height, full height roller shutter doors and parking and loading space.
