Waterfall Trade Park, Hurstwood’s 50,000 sq ft industrial estate located on Stancliffe Street in Blackburn, is now fully let for the first time following the completion of the letting of just under 6,000 sq ft to a local hardware company.
Sales Director Mark Carling commented “We are absolutely delighted that the estate is now 100% let. This is the third deal at Waterfall within the last 24 months in which time we have let a total of 35,000 sq ft”.
TDK Architectural Hardware has signed a 3 year lease from January 2011.
