Hurstwood has fully let its Waterfall Trade Park in Blackburn for the first time since the company bought and developed the site four years ago.
Expanding online door handle retailer www.doorhandlecompany.co.uk, which retails door handles and door furniture, has moved into the last remaining unit, a 6,000 sq ft warehouse.
Andrew Jones of www.doorhandlecompany.co.uk said: “The business is expanding and we needed a property with extra space. This unit, which was just around the corner from our old warehouse, was ideal. We are only around 50 yards from our old address but we now have the space we need.”
Mark Carling, Sales Director at Hurstwood, said: “We are delighted to welcome a quality growing business like this to Waterfall Trade Park. We also delighted to be able to put the ‘Full’ signs up at the entrance to the estate.”
Bought by Hurstwood in 2007, Waterfall Trade Park is a well-established industrial site with approximately 50,000 sq ft of industrial space close to Blackburn centre.
Hurstwood has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 100 locations. It is based at Marsden Street, Manchester.
