Sales Manager / Senior Surveyor vacancy
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and energetic Property company, based in Manchester City Centre. With a £100 million commercial property portfolio in the North West of England. Our priority is both the letting of our vacant units and retention of existing occupiers/clients. We have a proactive and highly experienced team of property professionals who make it their business to understand the property market inside-out and provide the highest level of service.
We are now looking to recruit a Sales Manager / Senior Surveyor to join our busy team, reporting to the Managing Director. Leading the Sales Team, you will be responsible for new lettings and sales. This will include:
• Viewings of offices and industrial units and including negotiation of letting deals;
• Marketing & PR, social media
• Providing Sales updates to the Board
• Management of the new Sales Team
• Negotiating and closing new sales opportunities.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in property sales, residential or commercial. The role requires a team player who is well organized with an ability to prioritise, has the ability to work under pressure yet has good attention to detail. A professional approach along with excellent communication skills is essential since the role will involve dealings with customers and staff at all levels.
