Hurstwood has started internal refurbishment works at Rochdale Post Office, the landmark building located directly opposite Rochdale Town Hall in the centre of the town.
The first phase of the works, which are due to be completed in March 2014, will see the creation of ten small office suites on the second floor of the building – ranging in size from 122 sq ft to 1,338 sq ft.
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling said: “We believe that there is a real demand for small offices in Rochdale and we have already seen a good level of interest. We are hoping to have phase 1 fully let by
the end of summer 2014 at which point we will look at starting on the second phase of the refurbishment.”
