Work is well underway on the creation of a new show house at Hurstwood’s prestigious Northlands housing development in Great Harwood.
Plot 4 is set to become the new show house at the development after the sale of the original show home at plot 1 earlier this month.
Work on the living room and bedrooms has already been completed whilst design work on a brand new ‘Living Kitchen’ is currently taking place.
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling said: “Work on the new show house is scheduled for completion by the end of August and open days will begin immediately after that. We are confident that this work will lead to even more interest in the development.”
He added: “The rooms in the show house that have already been completed really show the potential of the space. The new show house is really going to amaze purchasers when they view it.”
The Northlands development features five 4-6 bedroom houses each with stunning unspoilt views of the Ribble Valley.
