HURSTWOOD HOLDINGS APPOINTS THANOPOULOS TO SALES DIRECTOR AND MAIN BOARD

Hurstwood Holdings is pleased to announce the promotion of Constantine Thanopoulos to Sales Director, alongside his appointment to the main board of Hurstwood Holdings.

Constantine joined Hurstwood two years ago and has quickly established himself as a key member of the leadership team. Since joining the business, he has played a pivotal role in driving income through letting sales performance across the group, supporting national growth and consistently delivering against key commercial objectives.  Under Con’s leadership, the sales team has met its targets and played a major part of the £6m of additional rental through 2025, unlocking an additional £80m of value in Hurstwood’s extensive portfolio.

Commenting on the appointment, Stephen Ashworth, Chairman and CEO of Hurstwood Holdings, said: “Con has demonstrated clear leadership qualities in growing the group’s income nationally and has consistently delivered—meeting deadlines and achieving important sales targets while adapting to the challenges asked of him. He has become a valuable part of the team, where sales and delivery are fundamental to the continued success of the company.

“We have an exciting 2026 planned and with a new generation emerging, this promotion reflects Hurstwood Holdings’ ongoing commitment to developing talent from within and we are proud to have such a strong and loyal team at Hurstwood.”

In his new role, Constantine will continue to lead the group’s letting sales strategy while contributing at board level to the long-term direction and growth of the business.

Commenting on his promotion, Constantine said: “I’m incredibly excited to be taking on this new level of responsibility.  It’s a privilege to be part of such a dynamic team and a company that is always evolving. I’m looking forward to continuing to support the group’s growth and ambitions.”

Headquartered in Manchester, the Hurstwood Holdings Group owns and manages a national portfolio valued at over £400 million and supports more than 1,500 occupiers across England, Scotland, and Wales.
