Andy is an experienced Site Manager with a career in construction spanning over three decades, having learned his trade from the ground up. Starting out at the age of 17 working for his father's civil engineering company in Manchester, Andy has since accumulated a broad and impressive range of experience across housebuilding, heavy civils, renewable energy schemes and offshore projects, giving him a depth of knowledge that few can match.

Andy joined Hurstwood Holdings in 2021 and was appointed Site Manager in 2022. Since joining, he has played an integral role across Hurstwood's residential development portfolio, bringing his meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach to every project he oversees. His commitment to precision and teamwork has been recognised by the contractors and partners working alongside him, who have praised the sites he manages as some of the smoothest they have ever worked on.

Andy's key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day site operations, maintaining the highest standards of build quality, coordinating trades and contractors, and ensuring each project is delivered on time and to specification. His hands-on experience across multiple sectors of the industry, combined with his detail-focused approach, makes him an invaluable part of the Hurstwood development team.
