Charley joined Hurstwood in May 2026 as an Executive Assistant, supporting the day-to-day running of the office and helping keep everything organised behind the scenes. Highly organised, adaptable and detail-focused, she works across multiple areas alongside Aimee Beaumont, our Operations Director, helping keep priorities on track and making sure the wider team has what they need to deliver. She brings strong experience from her role as Communications & Fundraising Coordinator at Destination Florida Children’s Charity, where she balanced multiple stakeholders, fast-moving priorities and clear, consistent communication, skills that translate perfectly into a busy HQ environment.
