Marketing & Content Manager
Charlotte began her career in social media and marketing in 2018, while completing her degree in English Literature with Honours at the University of Manchester. With a strong foundation in storytelling and communication, she went on to work in marketing across TV, newspaper, radio and the Women in Media Conference, developing a broad understanding of both traditional and emerging media landscapes. She further expanded her skill set by branching out as a freelance graphic designer in 2019, combining creative vision with strategic thinking.
In 2024, Charlotte earned her Digital Marketing certification with Distinction, cementing her expertise in design and marketing in the digital space. Later that year she joined Hurstwood Holdings as Marketing and Content Executive, and quickly progressed to Marketing and Content Manager. In this role, she oversees all marketing activity across the group, spanning both physical and digital media, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence at every touchpoint.
Charlotte plays a key role in shaping and maintaining Hurstwood's brand vision and image, bringing creativity and a keen eye for detail to everything she does.
