Ellie Dawson
Apprentice Surveyor
Ellie joined Hurstwood Holdings in 2024 at the age of 19 and has recently been promoted to Apprentice Estates Surveyor. In 2025, she began her Degree Apprenticeship in Real Estate Development and Management at the University of Salford, working towards qualification as a Chartered Surveyor.
In her role, Ellie manages a portfolio of more than 12 properties across the northwest, overseeing key processes such as lease renewals and rent reviews. She is responsible for ensuring these activities are delivered efficiently and to a high professional standard.
Ellie has developed strong organisational and time-management skills in her previous role as Executive Assistant at Hurstwood, enabling her to work effectively to deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of her work. She particularly enjoys collaborating with colleagues and tenants across the portfolio and looks forward to building further relationships as she continues to grow in her role
