Jayne Hindle
Group Solicitor
Jayne is the Group’s in house lawyer and manages all aspects of the firm’s commercial and residential acquisitions, disposals and estate management works. Qualifying in 2015, Jayne joined Hurstwood Holdings after over 6 years at CMS Law to head up the company’s legal function. Jayne has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate work including investment sales and purchases, development transactions, joint venture projects and all aspects of landlord and tenant work.
She is responsible for delivering informed and detailed analysis to the directors to expediate key decisions vital to the continued growth of the company.
Jayne is a key member of Hurstwood’s senior team and is involved in the smooth running of nearly every aspect of the business.
