Jenni Park
Graduate Surveyor
Jenni began her career at Hurstwood Holdings following 18 months playing hockey in Perth, Australia. She has an academic background in Sports and Exercise Science, having graduated from Loughborough University with a second-class honours degree in 2022. Upon returning to the UK, she transitioned from sport into property and has been working as a Graduate Surveyor at Hurstwood Holdings since March 2024.
Jenni is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Property Management at the University of Salford. She is due to graduate in September 2026 and aims to achieve chartered status by summer 2027.
Within the Estates Team, Jenni is responsible for managing multiple properties and overseeing their day-to-day operations. Her role predominantly involves negotiating with tenants on lease renewals, regears, and rent reviews. Jenni’s competitiveness and strong work ethic, developed through her sporting background, are reflected in her approach; striving to achieve the best outcomes for tenants while maximising income for Hurstwood Holdings.
