Matt graduated with First Class Honours in Real Estate BSc (Hons) from Nottingham Trent University in 2021 and has been working within the property industry ever since, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022.
Having experience in both the public and private sectors, Matt’s career has encompassed a variety of roles, leading to experience in acquisition and disposal, property management, and landlord and tenant matters.
Matt joined Hurstwood Holdings in 2025 in the role of Senior Estates Surveyor, in which he is responsible for overseeing the performance and day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio. His role includes coordinating maintenance and improvement works, negotiating lease events, and ensuring assets are managed efficiently to maximise long-term value.
