Paulina Rakauskaite
Junior Quantity Surveyor
Paulina brings a strong foundation in construction and property, having worked as a Commercial Assistant on new build housing for supported living and large refurbishment projects. During this time, she served as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth handovers and efficient on-site management with contractors.
Paulina holds a degree in Property Finance and Investment from Nottingham Trent University and is RICS accredited. She is currently furthering her expertise by studying for a Master's in Quantity Surveying at the University of Salford, whilst contributing to our development team at our Manchester Head Office.
