Senior Quantity Surveyor
Phil is a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in construction and property development projects. He joined Hurstwood in 2021 and plays an integral role in the development team from initial concepts through to full completion of projects nationwide.
Before joining Hurstwood, Phil worked for a variety of main contractors, sub-contractors, national housebuilders, and property developers/investors, giving him extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry. Phil's key responsibilities include providing detailed cost estimates for development projects, managing budgets and finances, and overseeing procurement processes.
With a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget, Phil uses his extensive knowledge and experience to help Hurstwood continue to achieve success and growth in the highly competitive property development industry.
