Robbie Harrocks
Graduate Surveyor
Robbie graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2025 with a Distinction in Real Estate MSc, having previously studied Finance and Investment Management for his undergraduate degree at Northumbria University. This combination of financial and property knowledge underpins his approach to real estate, allowing him to understand both the commercial drivers and strategic considerations behind property transactions.
He joined Hurstwood Holdings in May 2025, starting out in the Estates and Surveying team where he gained experience across asset management and the wider portfolio. In February 2026, he moved into the Commercial Lettings team, where he is now involved in the marketing and negotiation of commercial space across a national portfolio. His work covers a mix of sectors including offices, industrial, retail and residential properties, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the commercial property market.
Robbie is also actively involved in acquisitions, supporting the identification and appraisal of new opportunities as part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy. He is also working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor through the APC as he continues to build his experience in the industry.
