Rory McKee

Rory joined Hurstwood Holdings in 2020 as an Assistant Site Manager, quickly establishing himself as a key member of the development team before being promoted to Site Manager in January 2026. Since joining, he has played an integral role across Hurstwood's residential portfolio, having managed builds at Newchurch Meadows and Cotton Meadows, helping to oversee all aspects of the build from initial groundworks through to interior and exterior completion.

Rory's key responsibilities include ensuring every home is built to the highest standard, managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and contractors, and maintaining a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality are evident across every detail of the homes he delivers, and his dedication to the role has earned him a strong reputation amongst both the team and the residents he works alongside.
